How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery time varies depending on which option you have chosen. With that said, we've got a quick guide so you can figure out which one is best for you.

DPD Express Next Day, DPD Weekend Shipping, Royal Mail Overnight

1-2 Working Days

Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Tracked

2-3 Working Days

Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail Tracked48

3-7 Working Days

Royal Mail International Uninsured, Royal Mail International Airsure

2-5 Working Days

I Can't/Won't Pay With PayPal

If you don't want to pay with paypal or you don't have a paypal account then you can still pay with your credit/debit card.


All you have to do is click on paypal/checkout button and you will be redirected after you enter important detail such as your delivery address and name to paypal. On the paypal screen you will have an option to login or as a guest or pay by credit/debit card.

If for some reason you cannot choose the guest or credit/debit card option and don’t want to create a paypal account, we suggest you first try a different device*


If this makes no changes then drop us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a solution.


*Although we haven’t had any issues on RubBunny, we are aware that paypal doesn’t always work as intended due to the way their programming works on their end. Unfortunately, unless we are told, this can go missed so we would appreciate it if it happens to you, that you let us know (even if you don't want to make an order with us)


When we suggest changing devices we refer to mobiles, tablets/ipads and computers/laptops. Occasionally the same device but a different browser (e.g. safari or chrome) may fix the issue too.


You Don't Deliver To My Location!?

Unfortunately we aren't always able to deliver to every location. We realise that this is a bit of an inconvenience for some of us but if you would like to ask about us delivering to a location that isn't included then get in touch here and we will see what we can do.


If you cannot find your country upon checkout but you know we deliver to your location then get in touch via our customer support email at [email protected] so we can fix the problem (or just let us know if you do have any issues, even if you don't want to place the order).
