Discreet Packaging & Billing

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, that's why every Rubbunny order is shipped out in discreet packaging.

Each order is sent out in plain brown packaging, so there is no way of telling what is inside the package. Royal Mail does require us to have a return address on the parcel, and this is shown as RB Merchandise Ltd.

Your credit or debit card statement will show a charge to MP Media.

Update sent from Royal Mail - Canada Post

We have received a notification from Canada Post who has requested that Royal Mail and all other International Postal Operators (and consolidators) suspend the dispatch of international traffic destined for Canada, until further notice.

This request is a result of extensive delays and disruption to Canada Post’s network operations, caused by ongoing strike action by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) since October. This disruption is across the Canadian postal network and affects domestic and international mail.

This means we are no longer able to accept items bound for Canada and have been advised by Canada Post that this is likely to remain the situation for the foreseeable future, meaning the next few weeks, including the peak holiday season and into January 2019.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
