Delivery & Returns

All products are delivered discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

If you would like your order delivered to an location not listed below please get in touch at [email protected] as we are able to provide worldwide shipping and should have this live on our site soon.

Delivery estimates are based on working days only.

Orders are processed and then dispatched within 24 hours, except at weekends or bank holidays or if there is an out of stock item.

UK Delivery

Once your order is processed, items that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is often much quicker. If there is a delay with any product, you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware so we can arrange for a full refund, an alternative item, or, confirm if you would like to wait for the item to come back in stock.

We use Royal Mail and DPD courier for postage handlers. If you have chosen a tracked delivery option we will issue you with the tracking number once dispatched. 

Royal Mail:
If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card will be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your delivery can be collected.

DPD International Classic: 2-5 Working Days


Remote Location Delivery Charges

We offer Royal Mail Delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight, BT postcodes and the Scottish Highlands for orders weighing 0-2kg. 

Certain areas in the UK cost us a premium to reach by our DPD courier. Remote locations in Scotland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight tend to be the frequent ones. If your parcel requires this additional shipping charge we will advise you.

Orders can be returned within 7 days for a full refund*. Unless the item is faulty, the return postage must be paid for in full, by you (the customer). All goods must be returned unopened, unused and in their original, saleable condition. Please note that any refunds due to you not picking up your parcel(s) from the depot will not have the postage refunded and if you wish to re-ship the order, the postage will not be subsidised and will incur a fee.

Please fill out the returns form quoting the F order number on the delivery note when returning items back to the PO BOX returns address. You can find the return form here.

If you have a faulty item:

There is a separate Freepost address for customers in the UK that you may use within the first month of purchase. Please email us at [email protected] for the address. 

The Freepost address is only for the use of returning faulty items from within the UK. When the item is received it will be checked, if the item is not faulty and the Freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £3.50 plus vat for the cost of postage. 

If you are based outside of the UK we do not cover any postage charges to return items back to us under any circumstances. 

Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered. 

Replacements for faulty items are sent back out to you free of charge. 

All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back to you.

*in all cases, the postage costs that we incur will not be refunded. As of 26/06/19 this has only ever been a maximun of £1.50.


We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.
